These terms govern your use of the Maison Cil website and online courses (the “Service”), operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account - You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and provide accurate information. - Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. - Accounts are personal. Sharing your login or course content with others is not permitted.

Membership and billing Memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, in the currency selected at checkout, through our payment provider. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Cancellation You can cancel at any time from your account (My studio → Membership & billing → Manage billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Cancellation policy for details.

Refunds Refunds are handled under our Refund policy and any statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer.

Course content All course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning while your membership is active. You may not download (except where a download is expressly offered), copy, record, redistribute or resell lessons. Courses are educational and do not constitute a licence, certification or regulatory qualification. You are responsible for meeting the training, insurance, hygiene and licensing requirements that apply where you practise, and for performing patch tests and following product manufacturers’ instructions.

Acceptable use Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to bypass access controls, scrape content, interfere with the platform, or upload unlawful material.

Changes and availability We may update courses and features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance.

Liability Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Have counsel adapt this section for each market.]
