Cancellation policy

You can cancel your membership at any time. No calls, no forms, no fees.

How to cancel - Sign in and open My studio → Membership & billing. - Choose Manage billing. You’ll be taken to our payment provider’s secure portal. - Select Cancel plan and confirm.

What happens next - Your membership will not renew. You will not be charged again. - You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The end date is shown on your billing page (in UTC). - Your account, progress, notes and saved courses remain, so you can pick up where you left off if you rejoin.

Failed payments If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider retries it over several days. You keep access during a short grace period. If payment ultimately fails, the membership ends automatically — no further attempts are made.

Deleting your account Cancelling a membership does not delete your account. To delete it, cancel first, then use Account settings → Delete account.
